Queen Margaret Hospital Dunfermline

These panels form two screens which are an integral part of the 'drum' housing the hospital's automatic entrance doors. They provide a colourful focal point for the reception and waiting area. The design is based on a collage of symbols for the history, topography and industry of Dunfermline. The strong emphasis on primary colours in the glass is repeated throughout the building in co-ordinating upholstery fabrics and coloured sign indexing.
