Queen Margaret Hospital Dunfermline

Originally installed in the entrance foyer, these panels were relocated when the hospital underwent an extensive redevelopment and now form a colourful focal point on the stairwell landing leading from reception to the first floor. The design is based on a collage of symbols for the history, topography and industry of Dunfermline. The strong emphasis on primary colours in the glass is repeated throughout the building in the upholstery fabrics and coloured sign indexing.
