Carfin Holy Shrine

This colourful window forms part of the permanent exhibition in the 'Pilgrimage Centre' centre at Carfin Holy Shrine in Lanarkshire. The viewer is encouraged to undertake a 'journey' through the imagery in the window, which features symbols for both personal and religious pilgrimage in the world today. Light streams through this south facing window all day, filling the exhibition area with vibrant, ever changing reflections.(Photograph: M. Wolchover)
